Exchanges and returns
It can always be the case that, despite the detailed description, you don't like the product as much as you thought - then it can of course be sent back.
Please pay attention to the return period of 14 days . Our customers bear the return costs themselves; we cover the shipping costs (within Germany) to you. As a start-up, we think this is a fair solution.
Please send the carpet back to us together with the return form - if possible in the original box - traceable (with tracking number):
After we have received the return and checked that it is in perfect condition (this can take up to three working days), we will immediately transfer the money back using the same payment method used for the order.
To return your order, please use the returns form . Simply print it out, fill it out and enclose it with the return. We would be happy to know the reason for the return - this will help us improve the products.
We would like to point out that the purchase price can only be refunded within the 14 days of the return period and for new, unused goods. If the product has been used and shows signs of wear, a refund of the purchase price is no longer possible. In this case, a partial refund is also not possible because the product is no longer available for sale to us. We ask for your understanding.
The exchange of personalized products is excluded. If there are any problems with the purchased goods, please report them to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will personally take care of the issue.
