Shipping partners: DPD and DHL

To ensure a smooth process and safe delivery, we have decided to work with DPD and DHL as our shipping partners. Both are known for their timely and reliable deliveries, so you can rest assured that your order is in good hands.

Shipping time:

We always strive for quick delivery. We will ship the goods on the following working day at the latest. Delivery by DHL and DPD can vary depending on the season, delivery volume (e.g. Christmas time) and exceptional circumstances (e.g. corona pandemic).

Your order will be shipped on the following working day after successful receipt of payment. As a rule, the delivery time within Germany for a package is 2-4 working days. With the tracking number, the package can be tracked at any time on its way to you. If there are any problems with delivery, simply contact moin@spielwende.de and we will be happy to help.


Shipping costs vary depending on delivery address, product weight and shipping option. For transparent processing, the shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process as soon as you have entered your delivery address. We always try to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

Delivery countries:

We currently ship within Germany. If your country is not included in the list, please contact our customer service and we will check whether we can arrange delivery to your country.

Shipment tracking:

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link from DPD or DHL. This means you can track the status of your delivery at any time and know exactly when you can expect your items.

Delivery address:

Please check carefully whether you have provided us with the correct delivery address. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact our customer service immediately before your order is shipped.

Return goods:

You can of course cancel your order within 14 days. Please note that returns only apply to unused and flawless goods. To return your order, please use the returns form use.

Simply print it out, fill it out and enclose it with the return. We would be happy to know the reason for the return - this will help us improve the products.
